Requirement & Site Evaluation
- Understanding land details, access, surroundings, and local conditions
- Review of soil report, site levels, setbacks, and regulatory constraints
- Discussion with the client on building type, usage, budget range, and timelines
- Initial feasibility guidance on construction approach, scale, and cost expectations
Planning & Pre-Construction
- Coordination with architects, structural engineers, and consultants (if applicable)
- Review of drawings, specifications, and execution readiness
- Finalisation of scope, materials, construction sequence, and milestones
- Mobilisation planning for manpower, machinery, and materials
Execution (Construction Phase)
- Site mobilisation and setup
- Foundation, RCC structure, masonry, and core civil works
- Electrical, plumbing, and utility integration during construction
- Coordination between civil, structural, and service trades
- Continuous supervision for quality, safety, and specification compliance
- On-site issue resolution to avoid cost overruns and delays
Quality Control & Completion
- Stage-wise quality checks at structural, service, and finishing levels
- Rectification of snags identified during inspections
- Final finishing, cleaning, and site readiness
- Coordination for statutory inspections or approvals (if applicable)
Handover & Closure
- Final walkthrough with the client
- Explanation of completed works, materials, and systems
- Formal handover of the completed building
- Project closure with documented completion
Payments & Financial Settlement
- Payments are milestone-based and finalised during scope agreement
- Advance payment is mandatory before mobilisation
- Stage-wise payments linked to construction milestones
- Any additional or revised scope is billed separately through written approval
- Final payment is due upon completion and handover
Scope & Responsibility (KEEP THIS, MINOR TWEAK)
All work is executed based on an approved scope, drawings, and specifications. Any changes, additions, or upgrades are handled through formal scope revisions to ensure clarity, timeline control, and cost discipline.
